Biography:

Violet is one of the twin daughters in the famed wrestling Morris family, with her twin being Rose. Violet, growing up, was quite the tomboy. She enjoyed all sports: basketball, baseball, football, hockey, horse racing, EVERYTHING. She never really shed that image until she got into college, meaning that when she was in high school she dated many jocks. Unfortunately, she never liked any of the guys she dated, just their sports....because most of them were complete idiots She wanted intelligent conversations every now and then. Violet also was quite the athlete in high school herself, starring on the girls basketball and soccer teams. She played power forward at basketball due to her height, averaging 16 points and 8 rebounds a game. Soccer was her best sport, where she played goalie: she had the biggest shutout streak in school history.

Anyways, once she got into Georgetown, she become too involved in studies to partake in any sports. She decided that she wanted to be a doctor, and so she went into the field of Biology, which she excelled at. However, funds were becoming a bit of a problem for Violet at this time. She had enough to get through her freshman year, but needed more if she wanted to continue, and the scholarships were not falling into place. Sensing this problem was the man who became Speed Racer, Scott Reese. He dated Violet's Freshman roommate for a time, but got along better with Violet...so they fast became pals. Speed and Violet had conversations about wrestling often, and he told her that he was going to join a local D.C. indy wrestling league during the summer after their freshman year. He offered her the chance to become his manager, and since she had the inherent love of the sport, she couldn't refuse. That summer, they moved into an apartment together and became best friends (and nothing MORE than that...sheesh.)

Both Speed and Violet quickly earned both the respect of promoters and the love of the fans for their professionalism and willingness to learn. Speed wrestled as Arsenal during this time while Violet went under the name of Leona. There was never much of a turnout for this fed unfortunately, but the ones that were there, loved the highflying Speed and the very pleasant Violet. In fact, promoters told some of their major league connections about the potential of the two, so even then, Speed and Violet were turning heads. A representative of the NWA/WCW attempted to convince both to leave college and pursue their wrestling careers at a higher level. This was a tempting offer but Violet was set on pursuing her studies all the way through and Speed didn't want to show up in the big leagues until he felt he was ready. So the two stuck together through college and continued their weekend wrestling pursuits, earning a modest amount of money, enough to help their college funds and afford an apartment.

Then, Speed and Violet lost touch once they graduated. Speed started touring the country in a number of feds as Arsenal, earning even more experience while Violet took time off to take care of her ailing father. 3 years passed after graduating college, and Saul Morris passed away, crushing the spirit of the whole family. Violet put off med school to take care of her dad, but before he passed on, he told her to follow her heart and dreams. That was to be a wrestler. She knew that now.

Speed showed up at Saul Morris' funeral to support his good friend and her family during this difficult time. While there, Speed told Violet that he finally got a gig in one of the big leagues, World Hardcore Championship Wrestling. He couldn't bring her in right away since they lacked a women's division and threw some young nobody with him as his manager at the time. But he promised Vi that once he hit it big, he would let her know. Well, mere months after Speed joined the WHCW, he decided to start his own fed, the AGW. Since he had spent 5 years working indy feds, he knew the do's and don'ts of running a league. And first thing he did was sign Violet on as commentator, talent coordinator and booker due to their experience together and mutual trust. Eventually she did join the WHCW as it was dying. She competed in the women's division and fared quite well. She didn't win any titles, but she only lost one match in her few months there before blowing out her left knee. That knee has given her problems ever since and has often been a key to attacks on poor Vi.

Violet's been doing that on and off ever since. She managed some of Speed's wrestlers in the EEMWF for a very brief stint, but was so busy with AGW matters, she quickly stopped that. She became the main talent coordinater and scout for the AGW, and was responsible for bringing new blood in and getting them going. That is when she met her first serious boyfriend, Brad Steel. He was a rising star in the AGW in 1998, and he and Violet hit it off quite well for a while before splitting in 1999. During this time, she also become the full time acting AGW Commissioner. This decision was made after Speed decided he needed to wrestle full time, instead of serving as the controversial figurehead.  Violet did an admirable job as one of the heads of the AGW, and earned the support of a number of wrestlers, sponsors and fans.

She has been a part of countless angles and "friendships" in the league. But her true friends backstage in the league are Speed of course, Shawn Michaels and Quackman, Most Holy, Chocolate Thunder (who also went to Georgetown with her and Speed), the aforementioned Brad Steel and Smooth Operator. While this group is far from a clique since many of them have legit backstage heat with one another, that doesn't hinder her from serving as a mediator when needed. And while Rose, her twin, had an angle where she was Violet's "evil" twin, the two get along great; ALL the Morris sisters get along great. And with her intelligence, knowledge and love of the sport, she has always been considered as the true heart and soul behind the AGW.

Since 2003, Violet has been a busy lady. She's turned heel and headed her own variant of the infamous Corporation stable. She and Morrigan went undercover and succeeded in saving Moonspell after she was kidnapped by The New Blood stable. She lost her ownership of the AGW, only to gain it, only to lose it, only to gain it back again. To say this has been an up and down few years for Violet is an understatement. But to Violet, her world is complete now that she has found her true love. After a couple of years of dating, Violet Morris and Sean Tylor got married on April 15th, 2006. The couple also already have twin girls named Erin Brooke and Heather Elizabeth who were born on May 24th, 2005. Violet is a leader, a sister, a mother and a wife.....and she still manages to find time to be a full-time AGW competitor. Violet had never been a full-time member of the women's roster until 2005, and she feels that her knee is healed up enough where she can possibly win the Women's gold. All her sisters have held that belt, so why not her? Given Vi's drive and determination, all bets are off.
