**IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER**

This bio is NOT a bio on real-life actor and martial artist Bolo Yeung. This bio is for the fantasy wrestling equivalent which just happens to share the same name, likeness, etc. of the real life Bolo Yeung. Being that I'm a huge fan of the real-life Bolo, I molded a character to be just like him. I recently noticed that this bio page has gone on to become linked as an "official" bio of the real life Bolo Yeung on a number of sites, and I'm afraid that's incorrect. At any rate, here are a couple of quality links for those of you searching for info on the REAL Bolo Yeung. LONG LIVE BOLO!!!!!!

History:
BOLO, movie star and martial artist extraordinaire, was always a favorite of Legion founder, Speed Racer. After Speed's first year in the business, he needed to bring in somebody in the role of an enforcer and bodyguard....and who better than the dreaded Bolo Yeung? At first, Bolo was brought in to take on the puny wrestlers of the GWF. In his first match, a 10 on 10 Stable Main Event at a GWF PPV, Bolo defeated former Champ, Barry Windham, and current U.S. Champ, Vader, in a span of 2 minutes. This quickly earned him a U.S. Title match against Vader, and again, Bolo dominated and won the title in his first ever singles match. Bolo lost his title, but eventually won it back, on his way to being a dominating force in the GWF. Unfortunately, the GWF ceased operations a month after the Legion joined, and so Bolo went back to the Orient to continue his movie career and martial arts camps.

Bolo was brought back into the United States by Speed Racer in the summer of '98. He joined the NEWF and dominated from the very beginning he stepped foot into an NEWF ring. He quickly won the United States Title, and just as quickly renamed it the Bolo Oriental Title. It's just as well, especially since he had held it for longer than most other holders, in his 3 reigns as US Champ. It was here that he also found great tag success with Romeo Grant Morris, as Power and Glory. While Bolo isn't much of a tag wrestler, Romeo was just a great all around wrestler and he and Bolo surprisingly meshed well as a team after a few weeks of training. It should almost definitely be noted that Bolo and Brad Steel had quite the feud going on ever since the NEWF began. They fought over the US Title countless times in matches that some experts say were the most brutal, hardcore and exciting matches of the year. In the culmination of their feud, Bolo upended Steel to get a World Title shot. Bolo deserved a World Title shot anyways, after beating most of the former World champs rather handily in the August Ultimate Champion tournament. In this event, Bolo went undefeated against some of the best wrestlers in the NEWF, including tag partner, Morris.

However, the NEWF ceased operations before Bolo could get his World Title shot, and was once again without a home. Speed Racer didn't join another league for months and Bolo, rather than going solo, went back to his homeland. Once the year 1999 rolled around though, Speed Racer once again recruited Bolo to a part of his evil AGW Corporation....serving the same role he usually does, as the resident enforcer. Bolo actually had a very good AGW stint from 1999 to 2000, and while he didn't win any gold, he was a standout in the AGW hardcore division, where sure enough he continued to feud with his arch-enemy, Brad Steel. Bolo was also involved in some brutal attacks and matches with members of Most Holy's Lords of the Summit, often duking it out with Most Holy's personal enforcer, Dan Sexton.

And word has it that one again, Bolo has returned to the world of wrestling, as he has signed a contract with Total Elimination Wrestling....where surely his hardcore talents will be used to their fullest.
