Background:

Bane grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia, never really caring about others or anyone else, unless it was him.  Bane's past is sort of a mystery as he does not like to talk a lot, rather letting his fists do it for him.

Back in 1999, in SPWF, Bane a then newcomer joined up with another fresh face in TC Mason.  The two became friends and eventually took over the tag team divison winning the tag team titles multiple times.  In 2002, Bane let success go to his head and started branching out towards other titles namely, the World title.  Bane destroyed the competition and dropped the other half of the Tag Team titles with Mason, prompting Mason to be stripped.  Bane went on to defend the title for five straight months before he finally choked and lost the title.  After this match Bane went into a retirement or so people thought.

Bane returned in late 2003-erly 2004 to much surprise, especially Mason, and the two rejoined forced and took back over the Tag Team division.  But the foundation and reputation the SPWF had built was coming to an end and the two decided to spilt dropping the tag titles.  In the end it was the right decision and now Bane's sights are set on the AGW.
