FCW Returns to The Garden
On October 19, 2001
All Hell Breaks Loose
(“New Breed” begins to play as we head into the standard FCTV intro. After that, we cut to a shot of the once again sold out FCW Arena where FCW always tapes its weekly program. We then cut to a shot of the hosts for said program, Kevin Cole and Nik Cain.)
Kevin Cole: Welcome fans to another edition of Full Contact TV! We’ve got plenty of action lined up!
Nik Cain: That we do. I have also been informed that the President of FCW himself James Crawford will be out shortly to make an announcement. I can only assume that part of this announcement will relate to the condition of Jean.
Kevin Cole: Jean, who was brutally attacked by Mark Payne in the closing moments of last week’s show! This week The Paladin will seek some degree of Vengeance as he takes Payne on in the ring!
Nik Cain: Undoubtedly, Paladin has plenty of motivation going into that one.
Kevin Cole: And, in the main event, Cedric Donahue will defend his newly won Intercontinental Title against Tragedy!
Nik Cain: That should definitely be a good one.
Kevin Cole: But first, we have two debuts as Evenkiel takes on the American Rocker!
Nik Cain: I don’t know much about either man but, since he chose to insult my commentating skills, let’s just say Evenkiel is a bed wetter.

Nik Cain: Nice debut for Rocker. Probably not the debut Evenkiel wanted but, for all his ability, I think it might take a while for a man of his apparently traditional background to acclimate himself to the rather unorthodox styles of many FCW stars.
(“Smoke on the Water” begins to play. James Crawford makes his way to the ring, with a less than happy look on his face. Masked Fat Guy #2 and Masked Fat Guy #3 follow closely behind. Once in the ring Crawford begins to speak.)
James Crawford: First, I would like to update everyone on Jean’s condition after the events of last week. He has suffered three broken ribs and a couple more bruised ones. However, his internal injuries were relatively minor when compared to what they could have been. Still, they along with his broken ribs will keep his laid up for quite some time.
Now, not many people were aware of this but Jean was slated as the tentative opponent for the World Champion Samson at All Hell Breaks Loose. I am willing to bet that Mark Payne knew that. Well, since you made sure he could not have the shot, I have decided to give to his friend, the man that pinned you one, two, three in the middle of the ring last week, Darian Blaze.
And, as for you, Payne, you’ve already been informed of the fine you have to pay. But, that’s not it. The Paladin has been chomping at the bit to get a piece of you after last week, and he will. But, after that, you are suspended until the pay per view. And, believe me, it would have been longer if not for the fact that I do not want to deprive my nephew of the opportunity to tear you apart. I suggest you spend these next few weeks off getting your finances in order and hammering out a last will and testament.
(With that, “Smoke on the Water” begins to play again as Crawford and his personal security staff head to the back.)
Kevin Cole: Oh my! Huge news from the president of FCW! Blaze will challenge Samson for the World Title at All Hell Breaks Loose and Payne has been suspended!
Nik Cain: Blaze can’t be happy about the circumstances surrounding this title shot nod, but it is the opportunity of a lifetime, nonetheless. And Payne is a fighter. Sitting on the sidelines for three weeks will drive him nuts and Crawford knows it.
Kevin Cole: Well, up next, former tag team champion Dream Warrior takes on newcomer Unforgiven!

Nik Cain: A very sudden ending to that match. Steel started off great but, somewhere during the match, something happened to slow him down considerably. My initial guess would be that he managed to aggravate one of the many injuries he has sustained throughout his career.
“NEW...WORLD...ORDER!”
(With that, Shawn Michaels appears at the top of the ramp. Both of his hands are blurred out on TV but in one he is holding a big bottle of Jack Daniels and, in the other, he has a crack pipe. He is waving both at Joshua Gardner, who is still in the ring. Gardner is incensed and begins to spew forth a string of profanity that the censors cannot catch all of. But, as he does this, Quackman comes through the crowd, all of whom clear a wide path for him. He has a bucket in one hand and something rolled up under the other arm. Once over the guardrail, he unrolls the mystery item to reveal a Twister game board. He then slides in the ring with the bucket, sneaks up behind Gardner and dumps the contents of it on him. The bucket was full of mayonnaise. Quackman quickly runs out of the ring and stands behind the Twister board. Gardner slips and slides around the ring, as Quackman dares him to come out after him. Gardner eventually gets out of the ring, only to slip and fall on the Twister board. Quacks leaps on him and begins to roll around the Twister board with him for about a minute before leaping back to his feet, jumping over the guardrail and running for his life. As he does so, Michaels also high tails it out of there.)
Kevin Cole: What the heck was that?
Nik Cain: That was f**king hilarious. It was also something I hope I never have to see again.
Kevin Cole: Well, I agree with half of your sentiment. So, let’s move on. Next up, Nightmare takes on The Pilgrim.

(After the match,
Sambo gets up and crouches behind the Electrifier. When the masked superstar
turns around, he walks right into a super kick! He then takes the loaded
Pokeball he always carries with him and climbs to the top, then throws the ball
at a fast speed right at his head! Sambo proceeds to leap off the top rope and
guillotine leg drop the Electrifier, then locks him in the old fashioned SAMBO
CROSSFACE! After about a minute of screaming on the part of the Electrifier,
Sambo lets go and grabs a mic.)
Sambo: Week after week, I've been put into matches with top superstars like
Mark Payne and Scion to do the bidding of Oblivion. And why? He promised me
success! And I never found it! Where's my success?! You see, without
Oblivion, the Odd Breed was the most successful tag team around. Then, Oblvion
"shows us the way" to the tag titles and we get decimated! And that's what
it's all about: false promises. In the end, Oblvion ended up using me, no
wait, using US to do his dirty work.
Why? Maybe he couldn't take Scion or
Payne by himself. Maybe, just maybe, he saw Sambo's talent and said "Hey, he's
already beaten me once, so why not use him to do my dirty work?" Well, I'm sick
of it! This pawn lying in the middle of the ring decided to stick with Oblivion
and see where it got him. Well, where did it get him? Right now, it looks like
he may not even make it to the Pay Per View. But you know who will make it to
the Pay Per View? Me. And when I get there, I have a goal: take you out once
and for all!
I'm outta here...
(Sambo boots the Electrifier in the gut as he leaves the ring and exits through
the crowd.)
Kevin Cole: Oh my goodness! Sambo just attacked his own partner!
Nik Cain: Make that former partner and, yeah, there seems to be a lot of that going around lately. Like Gardner last week, Sambo has just turned his back on the only people who might have taken the time to piss on him if he was on fire.
Kevin Cole: Yuck. Anyway, up next, Demitri and Bad Dreams go one on one.
Nik Cain: They met in a tag title match last week, a match that resulted in Demitri and Nightmare becoming new champs. Let’s see if Dreams can settle the score a little or if Demitri continues on the roll he’s been on.
