(“New Breed” by Fear Factory begins to play, signaling the start of another edition of FCTV. The images that dance across your screen are those that define FCW, athleticism, violence, and a desire to be the best. Each man strives to be the very best as does the company itself. As the intro ends, we cut to a live shot of the FCW Arena, packed to the rafters with fans that believe FCW has achieved just that. In many of their eyes FCW does not just strive to be the best, it is the best. We cut to the announce table, occupied as always by Kevin Cole and Nik Cain.)
Kevin Cole: Full Contact TV in on the air! Tonight’s main event will see Scourge putting his Intercontinental Title on the line against Mark Payne! Also we’ll see...wait, who’s that?
(Before Kevin Cole can continue, he gets distracted. A man makes his way to the ring in jeans, a white silk shirt, and a black leather jacket. By his side is a young woman in a backless evening gown.)
Kevin Cole: That’s Duncan MacLeod! What the heck is Duncan MacLeod doing here?
Nik Cain: Actually, that’s Duncan MacLeod and Anna Von Doom and I suspect that we’re about to find out what they’re doing here in FCW country.
(They enter the ring
and MacLeod gets a microphone from the ring announcer.)
Duncan MacLeod: Well, well. So this is what
a normal FCW show looks like. Not too shabby, but definitely not AGW. I'm sure
everyone is wondering what Anna & I are doing here so I'll just get to the
point. In the elimination war of FCW vs. AGW nothing was resolved. Men like
Dark Rogue, Smooth Operator, and myself shed a lot of blood over the years to
make AGW what it is and the stars of FCW were learning first hand what it means
to go to school with us. As everyone remembers, Evenkiel stuck his nose into
the match and guaranteed that neither promotion would win or lose. In a way,
that piece of trash made us all losers, and that isn't something I take
lightly! I went to Speed Racer and tried to get Evenkiel in an AGW ring, but he
couldn't guarantee that Evenkiel would show up since he isn't under contract to
AGW. I could have made the challenge and won by forfeit that's not my style.
Instead, I contacted FCW and am officially under contract with this company as
well as AGW. I will exact a measure of revenge on Evenkiel and I will prove to
the world that I would have won that match. However, my goals are much larger
than simple revenge. I'm here to show the fans of FCW what Duncan MacLeod is
all about. Brian Kassinova and Methos are in contract negotiations as we speak
and the three of us will run rampant in FCW. So, everyone in the locker room
take notice! I will face all comers!
(With that he tosses down the microphone and he and make their way to the back.)
Kevin Cole: Duncan MacLeod has signed a contract with FCW!
Nik Cain: The man is a veteran of many ring wars, he’s obviously willing to come to FCW and play on our turf, by our rules, and he can’t stand Evenkiel. So the man is okay in my book. But any respect he may have for this promotion might go out the window when he gets a load of our first match tonight.
Kevin Cole: You and I are, for a change, in complete agreement. Neither of us has any desire to see this first bout.
Nik Cain: Crawford was obviously looking to target...who am I kidding? I’ve got no damn clue what demographic he thought he’d appeal to with this one. I’ll just let the ring announcer clue everyone in at home as to what I mean.

(The lights go down
and are replaced by a blood red spotlight. "Poison God Machine" by Nevermore
plays as a man limps out into the spotlight just enough the only his face is
hidden. He is dressed in black jeans and a black T-shirt, to help him walk is a
cane with a flame shaped handle. He raises his hand for the music to stop and
brings a mic up to his hidden face.)
???: Monarch and Samson my old friends. It's been awhile since I have laid
eyes on you two. The last time I saw you, you were kicking my ass and giving me
a lot of things to think about. One of those things that I have been thinking
about is this moment. You had to know that it was coming. You had to know that
payback wasn't too far away. But unlike some cowards here in the FCW I'm coming
out here to face you man to men. The one thing that I really planned on for
this moment was simply this...that you would see this coming, and you see the
man that is going to kick your asses and pay you back for the months of hell
that I have endured simple so you could get your jollies by trying to show me
how "weak" I was. Monarch and Samson just how long did you think that you could
keep...
(The man steps into the light to reveal...)
???: THE MONSTER DOWN!!!
(Explosion stands there staring a hole right through The Wrecking Crew who seems
none too amused.)
Explosion: I expected such a reaction out of
you two tuff guys. You’re not impressed with flashy intros, secretive
comebacks, or any of that sh*t. No you’re impressed with guts, you’re impressed
with someone that will stare you eye to eye, who will stand with you toe to toe
and not back down. That is exactly what I'm here to do tonight...impress the
hell out of you.
(Explosion drops the mic and limps down to ringside. He gets right in Monarch's
face. The two exchange only
dagger like stares, then in what seems like complete agreement they begin to
fight. Matching each other blow for blow, move for move, with neither man
getting a clear advantage. Until by sheer luck Monarch makes the rarest of
mistakes, which allows Explosion to hit the Super Nova. Samson jumps in and gets
the upper hand on Explosion rocking the big man with lefts and rights. Monarch
gets bag up and joins in the fight. The Wrecking Crew prepare for a double team
move but Explosion takes to the air and levels both men with a double flying
clothesline. Explosion grabs Samson and drills him with the Super Nova.
Monarch is up but not for long as he is hit
right in the stomach with a stiff kick. Explosion wastes no time picking Monarch
up, and in an amazing show of strength and power hoists Monarch up and hits an
inverted F5/Neckbreaker combo. Explosion then backs up the ramp...all the while
never taking his eyes off Monarch until he has made it to the curtain.
Explosion once again picks up the mic.)
Explosion: Monarch you’re the first one to feel that move, I like to call it
The Detonation. You woke up The Monster boys, and I know your more then ready
to face me anytime anywhere under any circumstances. Next week ...I don't want
to wait until some PPV. I want to finish what you two started a few months
ago...you name the stips and I'll sign the damn contract. FCW THE MONSTER HAS
BEEN REAWAKENED!
("Poison God Machine" by Nevermore plays as
Explosion disappears behind the curtain.)
Kevin Cole: Explosion is back! The Monster Explosion is back!
Nik Cain: And he looks to have recaptured whatever fire it was he had lost before the Crew so “kindly” put him on the shelf with a knee injury to think about that fact.
Kevin Cole: The Wrecking Crew will have a reenergized monster to recon with, but so will the rest of FCW. But, right now, Evenkiel has Ray Hoffman to deal with.
Nik Cain: And the two
will be handcuffed together.
