Evenkiel is sitting behind the table, clearly at the end of his rope, while a throng of teenagers is lined up with their t-shirts, posters and other souvenirs. Shawn Michaels stands behind him with a huge grin on his face.)

HBK: You see EK!  I TOLD you this would go over like crazy.  I'm telling you, the kids today are diggin’ your outlook.  You just need to make yourself a bit more marketable, which is where I come in.  Pretty soon, you'll have all the fans on your side and you can start making with the rule changes.  Or whatever it is you want. DDT.  Bo places the chair in one corner.  He picks up Vegan Warrior while Coy climbs to the top rope.  Bo slams Vegan Warrior onto the chair.  Coy then leaps off the top rope, nailing Vegan with a full splash.

Bo picks up Vegan and throws him over the top rope.  He walks over to C Dogg who is just starting to get up.  Bo drops an elbow onto his spine.  Coy picks up C Dogg and executes a power bomb.  Bo picks up C Dogg and
piledrives him onto the chair.  Coy then throws C Dogg over the top rope.

Coy: HEY!  All you crappers in the back!  I hope you were watching.  The Southern Boys are putting Full Contact back into FCW. What just happened is what is going to keep on happening as long as we are in action.

(Before we go to commercial, we cut to a shot of James Crawford’s office. He is on the phone when Shawn Michaels comes walking in. Crawford hangs up the phone and looks up at Michaels.)

 

James Crawford: Can I help you, Shawn?

 

Shawn Michaels: James, there is this AGW-FCW thing going on right? Yeah, we know what the answer to that is. Now, I know you have been trying to get in contact with me. Saying, "Shawn, where do you stand?" You know, 6 months ago, I would have super kicked your ass through the mat. 6 months ago, I would have walked out that door and never looked back. But, who was the one who sent me to rehab?

James Crawford: We both know it was me.

Shawn Michaels: Who was the one that gave me back my job, after I made a drunken high fool of myself? Who still had faith in me? Speed? No. I never even got a phone call from him. You. (With that Alex DiGiacomo walks in holding a box.)

(DiGiacomo and Michaels walk out. Crawford holds the trophy, with a bewildered look on his face. He then shrugs and simply drops it in his waste paper basket.)

Kevin Cole: We are back! Wait, Darain Blaze appears to be making his way to the ring! I don’t have him on my schedule until much later in the evening!

 

Nik Cain: I guess we’re about to be blessed by his words of “wisdom”.

 

 

(Darian Blaze walks down the aisle in a white Armani suit, and holds a piece of paper in his hand. The fans begin to boo. Darian rolls his eyes, and slides into the ring. He takes in the unpleasant atmosphere, grabs a house mic, and begins)

Darian Blaze: I was going to wait, until after my five minute suck fest to bring this to your attention, but, unfortunately this has been bothering me quite a bit. First of all, when I signed on the dotted line to face Jean in an Ultimate Survival match, I read the fine print and it did not say “Managers Banned from ring side” I didn’t sign up for that no, that was the technical ‘genius’ of a ‘depressed’ Intercontinental champ, and whatever moron in the back sorts all this crap out. Once again, I’m forced into an uphill situation in which I have no control over, and that’s fine with me. You see Jean; whether Lauren is here, or at the snack bar, I’m still going to walk out with that belt, so don’t go thanking god just yet. You think this match proves who is better? I think the last time we met more than proved that painfully obvious truth. You’re more annoying than a two week cold, and tonight I put the last nail in your coffin, freak.

Now that home issues have been discussed I suppose I should address AGW. Well it’s simple I hate any federation where the Prez is a more frequent
championship contender than all of his big ‘names’, and is in the damn hall of fame no less. But, that’s not all. I hate any fed where stars from about five years ago think they ‘still got it’. It’s a shame, if you ask me. Everyone and their mother’s likes to talk about the proverbial glass ceiling, I’m surprised guys like Brian Kassinova, El Diablo, and any other cruisers that ever wrestled there could do hurracanranas with how low the ceiling is.

(Blaze begins to laugh a little. He then gets dead serious.)

Hazard sent the traitor to the woodshed last week and, believe me, more bodies will follow, if anybody else wants to pick a fight with the greatest federation on earth. I don’t know about the other ‘wrestlers’ on team FCW, because quite simply D.D.I. will be the ones leading the pack.  This is just the beginning, and all you fairies in AGW land, better pay close attention, because school is now in session. That is all.

(Blaze slides out of the ring and is about to head to the back, but “Smoke on the Water” literally blasts through the arena as James Crawford and the Masked Fat Guys appear at the top of the ramp.)

 

James Crawford: Not so fast “Mr. Moonlight”. You said you wanted to know who the “moron” was who signed your match tonight? Well, you’re looking at him. I liked the idea of you trying to win one match without your little insurance policy at ringside. And, hell, I wanted to see if Jean could actually defend that belt without his. One of these days, you’ll have to try explaining to me how a fair, one-on-one fight with Jean constitutes and uphill battle for you. But, in case you’ve forgotten, two top athletes competing to see who is truly better, not just who can cheat more, is the FCW way.

 

(“Smoke on the Water” hits again to a huge pop from the crowd. Crawford and his personal security leave and, after a few moments, Blaze heads to the back as well.)

 

 

Nik Cain: I wonder if Blaze feels like trying to stick his other foot in his mouth while he’s at it.

(As the Bodyguard is introduced, he makes his way down to the ring with no music as usual.  But even though he's still wearing his half mask, instead of wearing the body armor-esque gear he usually wears, he makes his way to the ring in a pair of worn out jeans and a sleeve-less black shirt.  He slides in the ring and grabs the house mic, keeping a close eye on Michaels and ALEX.)

 

Bodyguard:  For weeks, I have established myself as a dominating force in the FCW.  I've rolled through opponent after opponent after opponent.  Yet, it seems that I'm always overshadowed by my employer, Sambo.  His arrogant attitude and his odd sense of prioritizing have made me mad since the day I was employed by him.  And to top that off, the only time I've seen him since last Monday was at Smashfest and Rampage.  And even then, the man has kept contact with me to a minimum.  To that, I say...cool.

 

But one thing you don't do is forget your payment.  That's right, Sambo.  You missed your payment meaning as of right now, my partnership with you is over.  No more seconding everything you say.  From now on, I do things the way I want to do them.  But more importantly, the Bodyguard persona is gone.  Finished.  Right now, you are looking at Ray Hoffman, the meanest mother f*cker you'll ever fight.  And FCW, rest assured that in the end, I'm gonna get paid.  And in the process, I'm gonna kick some ass!

Hazard: I want every last member of DDI out here right now. No excuses...center ring. NOW!

(The DDI file towards the ring, with the notable exception of Sambo, who is, like last week, not present. Each member enters the ring and the group faces towards Hazard.)

Hazard: Short and sweet...I want to know right here and right now. You're either with DDI or you're against DDI. Period. You don't need time to think about it, you don't need to weigh your options. Yes or no. You're either in or you're out. What's it gonna be?

(The DDI don't even hesitate before verbally aligning themselves with the DDI.)

Hazard: What the hell? Sambo, either turn up the hearing aid or put away the spank magazines and get out here.

(Sambo makes his way to the ring, still dressed in his street clothes. He slides into the ring and stands in between the group and Hazard. Hazard gets right into Sambo's face.)

Hazard: I don't know where the hell your head has been or what's had you preoccupied, and I don't really care. I'm willing to let the past be the past. All the little double-sided comments, the no show last week when I was handing Donahue's ass to him...I'm willing to let it slide. But you need to make it clear right here and right now where your loyalties lie.

(Sambo takes the mic from Hazard.)

 

Sambo: It seems as though everyone is seeing something that I'm not seeing. Here I am, being pulled in every direction. Speed Racer's talking about me being held back here. And you guys, well, even though James Crawford's interest in my staying here has been rather...limited, you taking the time to call me out personally sort of proves something to me...my future in the DDI, and the FCW, is very bright indeed. So if you're asking me who allign myself with...well...

 

(Sambo extends his hand. Hazard looks back at the DDI, who seemingly nod in approval. Hazard grabs Sambo's hand and the two shake.)

 

Sambo: You better believe I'm DDI!

 

(Sambo raises Hazard's hand and the DDI begin clapping. Hazard takes the mic and leans towards the ropes, away from the DDI, to hand the mic to the announcer. Then we notice it. The look on Sambo's face changes from a cheerfully energetic look to a wicked grin. He reaches into his pocket and calls the DDI's attention. They look at him as he moves in closer and tosses an orange powder at the group. At that time, Blaze, Paladin, and Shane all hold their eyes, blinded by the powder, as Hazard turns around to see what the commotion is about. Sambo pivots and kicks Hazard right in the chin, knocking him to the ground. Sambo then slides out of the ring and pushes the ring announcer out of his chair, then takes both the mic and chair and returns to the ring.)

 

Sambo: But you know what I've learned in the FCW? Alliances are easily broken. Look at the Inmates, the H8 Club, the Chamber. Seemingly unbreakable alliances are broken with ease. Now I know you are all asking yourselves "Why'd he do that?" Hell, I'll answer that one for you. While the DDI offered me a whole lot more money than I've been used to, I did receive one offer that outmatched the DDI's monetary offer. And the leader of this faction...well...he was smart enough to capture my loyalties on a sheet of paper, unlike two other leaders that were dumb enough to let me reign free with a verbal commitment. That one man...was Speed Racer.

 

(The crowd goes into an Anti-AGW/Pro-FCW mode, booing the roof off of the arena. Bottles begin littering ringside and empty beer cups, programs, and even toliet paper begin bombarding Sambo as he removes his shirt to reveal a sleeveless AGW shirt. He turns in a 360 motion, making sure everyone can catch both sides, which read:

 

Front:  I've Been in the FCW For Over A Year And All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt

AGW...Crawford Can Kiss My Ass.

 

Sambo smirks and prepares to address the audience again.)

 

Sambo: For a good year and a half now, I've given my all for you people. And, well, I thought it was enough. And hell, maybe it was for you people. But Mr. Crawford never noticed. I spent most of my FCW career opening the show! I waited a good four or five months before I even received an FCW Title shot...and that was at the TV Title! Meanwhile, Crawford let people like Jean, Scourge, Hazard, Jeff Miller, Paladin and countless others surpass me on the card! He granted these people, and other newcomers, title shots on entry! Here I am waiting all this time for one shot, and everyone else has had three or four title shots by the time I got one! Oh yes, and let's not forget the grandest prize of them all in the FCW...the World Title. Where was my shot at that? It's odd, but I can't seem to recall a single World Title shot. But Hazard got a shot. Paladin got a shot. Scourge got a shot. Evenkiel got a shot. Where was mine? It took me a while, but Racer showed me the truth. You see, it was you that tried to end my first long TV Title reign with your stipulation match. And I'm betting it was you that had Mark Payne end my second! And it was you that saw I couldn't be beaten for that IC Title! That's why you booked me in that stupid Triple Threat match! You wanted that title off my waist! And for what? So you could take the opportunity to let me disappear? Well, I didn't disappear. I'm still here! And you can rest assured that, come Civil War, I will be the one to finish off your creation!

 

And let's not forget about Hazard. You see..

 

(The crowd goes bonkers as Hazard leaps to his feet and tackles Sambo and begins hitting him with lefts and rights. Sambo, however, rakes the eyes of Hazard, getting him off.)

 

Sambo: Boss, you shouldn't have done that. You know, I realized that the only reason you had me join the DDI is because you were afraid of what I would do to you if I wasn't your ally. Oh yes. You saw me as a possible threat to your World Title. And you knew that, even though Crawford would most likely never give me a shot at the title, there was always a fluke chance I would win a Civil War match or a Sole Survivor match or a Lethal Lottery and earn myself a shot. So what better way to prevent something like that from happening than to have the number one threat in your pocket. But, since my eyes are now open, I believe I have to return the favor for your "generosity".

(Sambo grabs the chair in the ring and waits for Hazard to get up. He then takes a swing and clobbers Hazard on the head. Hazard staggers back, which leads to Sambo taking a running start and clocking Hazard on the head again. Hazard this time falls to a knee. Sambo then bounces off the ropes and jumps, hitting Hazard with a flying chair shot, sending Hazard to the ground. He then takes the chair and closes it on Hazards arm, then proceeds to climb to the top turnbuckle. The audience prepares for the worst, their stomachs turning when they see "Bodyguard" Ray Hoffman charging the ring. Sambo points at Hazard, who Hoffman scoops up and holds in a full nelson with the chair braced on Hazard's neck now. Sambo points to the ceiling and leaps...only instead of destroying Hazard's neck, he finds his former bodyguard's hand around his neck, choking him violently. Hazard has the house mic once again)

Hazard: Sammy...I'm always a step ahead. You should know that by now. Just for the record…you're fired. Meet your new replacement.

(Ray hits Sambo with a modified Franchiser before scooping him with Hazard. The two men toss Sambo into the air, but before he can land, each drop to a knee, hitting him with a double gutbuster. Sambo rolls out of the ring clutching his ribs and gasping for air as Hazard and the DDI boys stand their ground in center ring.  Sambo heads towards the guardrail, where a few members of AGW Security help Sambo over the guardrail and to the parking lot.  The DDI are met, for once, with unanimous cheers as Sambo and the AGW Security are pelted with garbage.)

 

Kevin Cole: Sambo has turned his back on FCW!

 

Nik Cain: And everyone in this arena is telling him to take AGW and stick it up his ass. And I couldn’t agree more.

 

Kevin Cole: We are out of time! Be sure to tune in next week when, if I am not mistaken, James Crawford will announce the ten men to represent FCW at our next pay per view!

 

Nik Cain: I get the feeling that Sambo won’t be one of them.
