(Backstage in his locker room, Sambo is seen sitting in his street clothes with a neck brace on.  He has been ordered by his doctors to sit out for tonight, but that doesn't mean anything.  Sambo has been on a slump for the past four weeks, and as of now, it looks like he's about ready to call it quits.  Then a man dressed in a business suit enters, who we by now all know only as "Business".)

"Business":  You failed big time.  You talk about Payne like you have a chance to beat him and you FAILED!  And in seven minutes!  What's that?!  Now, I've about had it with you.  I told you that if you were going to come into the FCW, you would have to play it big.  No slumps.  And what do I get?  A SLUMP!  Now if you don't pick things up, I'm going to make sure I have your contract TERMINATED!

("Business" leaves and Sambo does something uncharacteristic:  he bows his head in shame.  But then, seemingly from a darker, smellier corner of the room, a familiar face appears.)

C-Dogg:  Yo brotha, can I borrow fiddy cent?

Sambo:  I don't HAVE "fiddy cent"!  I'm in a slump!

C-Dogg:  Aww dawg.  I can help ya out.  For tha low, low price of fiddy cent, I can help you get out of your slump.

Sambo:  I told you I didn't have the money!

C-Dogg:  I'll put it on yo' tab.  Follow me.

(C-Dogg leaves the locker room, and Sambo, unsure of what to make out of this, follows.  Eventually, they end up outside.)

C-Dogg:  Just follow me to the C-Dogg Training Facility.

(Sambo gets an unsure look on his face as he follows C-Dogg down an alley.  The camera man follows, to make sure he doesn't miss anything.)

Nik Cain: I guess C Dogg was more concerned with Sambo than with his own match. This can’t be good.

Kevin Cole: The president is here!

(Crawford makes his way to the ring, mic in hand. Once in the ring, he addresses the crowd, and the wrestlers.)

James Crawford: Well, we’re coming off of one hell of a pay per view, if I do say so myself. But, there is no rest for the wicked, if you will. So, the wheels are already in motion for the next one, to take place in August. FCW has recently weathered a storm. To be more accurate, we have survived a war. We’ve been going head to head with TEW and are still standing. We have survived that war, but can FCW survive a Civil War?

The concept is simple. Two teams, ten men on each, face each other in an elimination match. But here is where it gets interesting. The members of the winning team will each be awarded a one hundred thousand dollar cash bonus. But that is not all. All surviving members of the winning team will, in addition to the cash, be awarded a title shot of their choosing. That’s right, any title, any time.

So, how will these teams be chosen? Simple. I will appoint two team captains and a draft will be held in upcoming weeks. And for captains, I see no reason not to simply appoint our World Champion and our Intercontinental Champion. Mark Payne and Samson have both already been briefed about this and the draft will commence this week. Should be interesting.

Oh, one last thing before I go. A team by the name of The Sociopaths decided to crash our pay per view and disrupt a World Tag Title match. Well, as soon as the ink dries on those FCW contracts I sent you, you will quickly learn that there is only one boss around here and you are looking at him.

(Crawford takes his leave as “Smoke on the Water” begins to play again.)

Kevin Cole: Big news from the president!

Nik Cain: Big news indeed. This match he has announced could have some major repercussions.

Kevin Cole: That it could. But, right now, it’s time for Seth Rage to take on Scott Drake!

Sambo:  Whine and complain incessantly.

Sambo: 22

Sabu:  @*$*ing right.

Sambo:  And did I pass the Ring Skills portion?

C-Dogg:  Yeah.  And what did you learn?

Sambo:  Instead of having a wide arsenal of moves, I should limit myself to four or five.  That way, I don't have to remember a whole lot of moves and I can just go out and win!

C-Dogg:  Right on bro!  Congratulations, you passed the C-Dogg gym.  Your slump should be over.

Sambo:  Thanks.

(Sambo walks out of the Gym.  On his way out, a chunk of brick from the building falls off the top of the roof, and kerplunks Sambo on the head.  Sambo gets up slowly and looks around, unsure of where how he got to where he was.  But in the meantime, he gets a brilliant idea.  He looks around and finds a pay phone.  He puts in a quarter and dials a number.)

Sambo:  Hey.  Are you awake?  You want to get back into the business?  Well, I got an idea.  Next week, come to FCTV.  I'll explain there.  Yeah.  Good &$@! bye.
