(We see clips of two men. “The Blonde Bastard” Mark Payne and “The Survivor” Tom Tennant. A narrator states the following:
“Two men, one title, and one of the most gruesome matches in wrestling history. This feud, that has spanned numerous years and numerous wrestling organizations may very well come to a bloody end as Mark Payne collides with Tom Tennant in an Insane Death Match for the now vacant FCW World Title one week from tonight as FCW presents Cruel and Unusual, only on pay per view.”
With that “New Breed” by Fear Factory begins to play and the standard intro plays. We then cut to the announce table.)
Kevin Cole: Welcome to Full Contact TV! We are one week away from FCW’s latest pay per view event!
Nik Cain: And the one I am most looking forward to. Everyone knows that I love hardcore matches and Cruel and Unusual is gonna be packed with plenty of great ones.
Kevin Cole: Including the main event match.
Nik Cain: The Insane Death Match is one of the bloodiest in wrestling history, and one made famous by Eric “EHB” Burns, one of the sickest performers I have ever seen. But, make no mistake about it; Tennant and Payne sure as hell can get sick enough to do this match justice.
Kevin Cole: But let’s not overlook tonight’s show. We get things started with two newcomers to FCW!
Nik Cain: I honestly don’t know much about this Jean guy, and neither do any of my sources. The one thing I do keep hearing from those who have seen him in the ring is that he is very intense once the bell rings. As for Rage, I followed his career when he was just starting out, which wasn’t really all that long ago. At the time I felt he was too much style and not enough substance. He knew some very flashy and damaging moves, but didn’t seem to have a firm enough grasp on the basics. He has gone on to some degree of success since those days, so we’ll just have to see how much has changed.
Kevin Cole: Let’s get to the ring!

(The picture fades in to show the interior of a dimly lit room somewhere in the arena. Pipes and heating/cooling systems are seen in the background, as is a curious looking roulette style wheel. As the camera pans around we see the same two men who made their presence felt in the TV Title match one week ago. The big black man is wearing a black leather jacket, no shirt, and a pair of blue jeans. His head is shaved, but the has a full goatee. The other man, with the shoulder length red hair, is wearing nothing but a kilt, and a pair of Dragon snowboarding goggles. He has a sh!t eating grin on his face, and he has his right hand on the "roulette" wheel. This wheel looks very much like its casino counterpart, except instead of numbers ... the wheel has tag team names on it. A close up reveals some of the names: Thespian Express, Nightmare Express, LoS, Shawn Michaels/Quackman, Ganz/Drake, The Goodfellas, among others.)
BIG BLACK MAN: So who’s it gonna be tonight?
CRAZY RED HAIRED MAN: Let me spin this thing and find out (the man spins the wheel. the wheel spins as the ball bounces around on the roulette wheel). Man, I can’t wait, we’re gonna beat somebody like ... like ...
BIG BLACK MAN: Like a redheaded stepchild?
(The red haired man whips his head around ... you can’t see his eyes because of those ridiculous goggles, but you can tell that he is pissed off)
CRAZY RED HAIRED MAN: ... NO. We’re gonna beat them like they stole something.
BIG BLACK MAN: Well they did steal something. They stole our fighting style. Because we’ve been this sh!t for years man. Way before Full Contact Wrestling came along, and way before 95% of these damn tag teams ever even THOUGHT about lacing up the boots for the first time.
CRAZY RED HAIRED MAN: No sh!t man. Somebody is gonna PAY. Let’s look at this wheel to find out who it’s gonna be.
(The two focus on the wheel ... and so does the camera. As the roulette wheel slows and the ball bounces ... it stops on the LoS for a second ... then the ball bounces ... it stops on Nightmare Express ... but it rolls one more time and settles on a slot marked "Free Pass")
CRAZY RED HAIRED MAN: WHAT THE F ...
BIG BLACK MAN: *shoulder shrug* Hey, the wheel has spoken bro. FCW you’re getting your one and ONLY free pass this week. But that just means that the ass-kicking is gonna be twice as fierce for the big one next week.
(The red haired man, obviously irate, flips the roulette wheel and can be heard cursing colorfully)
BIG BLACK MAN: Settle down K ... let’s hit some of that Steel Reserve and figure out a game plan for Cruel and Unusual.
