“AS LONG AS YOUR HEART BEATS...”

“F.C.W.”

(“New Breed” by Fear Factory begins to play, signaling the start of yet another FCTV. The intro is somewhat different, featuring more clips of some new superstars to replace those of recently departed ones. Once it ends, we cut to a live shot of FCW Arena. The cold weather has done little to dissuade the diehard FCW fan base from attending. In fact, the crowd seems even hotter for action than usual. We cut to a shot of the broadcast duo of Kevin Cole and Nik Cain.)

Kevin Cole: Welcome to FCTV! We’ve got a great show lined up for you, as always! Our main event will see current Intercontinental and World Champions going head to head in a non-title match! The Tag Champions will also be in non-title action!

Kevin Cole: And Steel scores the win!

“Hey Brad.”

(Steel looks up and sees James Crawford and the Masked Fat Guys standing at the top of the ramp.)

James Crawford: Hey Brad, how does it feel here on the top of card? Call me a petty man, but it amuses the hell out of me. But, all comedy aside, I cannot keep tossing you easy win after easy win. You want to play with the big boys? Next week, you’ll get your chance. And then there is Pledge Your Allegiance 2, which is rapidly approaching. I think it’s high time you and Oblivion met in the ring. And, upon his request, it will be a Buried Alive Match. And since Shawn Michaels seems hell bent on sticking his coke-encrusted nose in this situation, let’s make it a three-way dance. And, if you happen to defeat both Oblivion and Michaels, I’ll give you a shot at...the Intercontinental Title. You didn’t actually think I’d say World Title, did you?

Speaking of the World Title, Scion has done one hell of a job holding on to that strap. So, at PYA 2, he will be in the main event, regardless of whether he goes in as champion or not. I think he earned the reserved spot and I think most people would agree. This year the World Tag Titles will also be defended in a four way dance, the participants will be the current champs, The Nightmare Express, along with The Goodfellas, The Reckoning, and newcomers Studz-a-Plenty, who you will have a chance to see in action shortly. Why this unproven tag team as opposed to The Untouchables? Well, I have other plans for Darian Blaze.

Blaze and Hazard have been going at it for how long now? I can’t even remember. It was fun at first but it’s getting tiresome and it’s caused more than a couple backstage disruptions. So, at PYA 2, it will be Blaze and Hazard in a Death Match. One of the two will score three straight falls over the other, hopefully putting this blood feud in the history books. That is all for now, though you can expect more pay per view related announcements in upcoming weeks. As long as your heart beats, pledge your allegiance to FCW!

(Crawford and company turn and walk through the curtain. Steel, still in the ring, bids farewell with a few choice rude gestures. “Revolution is My Name” begins to play as he too makes his way from the ring to the back.)

Kevin Cole: Big news from the president of FCW!

Nik Cain: Still a month away, the next pay per view is already starting to take shape.

Kevin Cole: Up next we have the debut of the tag team James Crawford mentioned!

Nik Cain: They must be something for him to be confident enough to through them in such a high profile match. That or the tag division really is that shallow right now.
